Based on our understanding of the product, we believe beep could help us:

We are interested in using beep as an ice-breaker / connection layer at the event(s) described above, provided that:
- The product is ready and technically compatible with our environment, and
- We can agree on pricing and responsibilities in a separate commercial agreement.
4. Indicative commercial framework (non-binding)
For planning purposes only, we are prepared to consider:
- A pilot fee in the range of approximately [currency + range, e.g. "CHF/EUR/USD 2,000-8,000"] per event,
- Or a per-attendee fee of approximately [e.g. "CHF/EUR/USD 10-40 per participant"],
subject in all cases to a final written agreement between the parties.
This LOI does not constitute a firm order, purchase commitment, or exclusivity of any kind. It simply expresses our serious interest in exploring a pilot with beep on the basis outlined above.
5. Next steps
We propose to:
- Hold an initial call to align on use cases, constraints and timeline, and
- If both sides are satisfied, negotiate and sign a separate pilot or service agreement.
Please feel free to share anonymised aggregate information from this LOI (e.g. "X companies have signed non-binding LOIs covering Y potential attendees and Z potential revenue") with investors and partners, as long as our name and specific details remain confidential unless we explicitly agree otherwise.
